Who we are

Vionam is a HomeX Ventures company. In this policy, “we” and “HomeX” mean HomeX Ventures and Vionam.

What we collect

• Property details you enter: address, home facts, condition answers, occupancy, timeline and any price you share.
• Contact details, if you choose to give them: name, email and phone number.
• The terms you choose, such as closing date, leaseback and cleanout.
• For partners: your role, company and any property you submit.
• A one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to limit abuse (for example, the daily limit on evaluations). We do not store your raw IP address with your submission.

How we use it

• To produce your Home Realization Report from public sales data and your answers.
• To review your home and send a written offer, if you ask for one.
• To contact you about your property by phone, text or email when you give us your details. Some of this contact may be handled with the help of automated or AI assistants.
• To keep the service secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your contact details to wholesalers or lead buyers.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, HomeX Ventures may text you about your property. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

Who can see it

Your information is available to the HomeX team working on your property and to service providers who host our systems and deliver messages for us, under agreements that limit their use of it. If a verified buyer in the HomeX network is considered for your home, we share only what is needed to evaluate the property.

How we protect it

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, and California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Send a request through our contact form.

We may update this policy as Vionam grows out of beta. The date at the top shows the latest version.
